How can I recover access to Trello accounts if I don't remember the associated email?

Hello,

I am writing to request help recovering access to two Trello accounts. I no longer remember the email addresses associated with them, and as a result I am unable to log in.

I have already tried resetting the password, but I did not receive any email on any of the accounts I have access to. This makes me think that the email addresses originally associated with those Trello accounts no longer exist or are no longer active.

Could you please help me identify the email addresses linked to these accounts, or assist me in recovering access through an alternative verification process?

I am available to provide any additional information needed to verify my identity (name, organization, boards I had access to, etc.).

Thank you very much for your help.

Hello Arkadiusz,

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried to contact Trello Support through https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/ and selected "Account Login and Email Issues", but the form is asking for a site URL in the format mysitename.atlassian.net — and I have no idea where to find that, since I cannot log in to any of the accounts.

Is there an alternative way to reach Trello Support without needing to provide that URL? Or could you point me to a direct contact form specifically for Trello account recovery?

Thank you very much.

Hello Arkadiusz,

Thank you for your quick response.

I understand that recovery without email access is difficult, but I would like to explore a possible solution: if the email accounts no longer exist, I could create or recover them — but for that I would need to know which email address is associated with each Trello account.

Is there any way to look up the associated email address using the Trello username? Or alternatively, is it possible to trigger the password reset process using the username instead of the email?

Any information that could help me identify the email accounts would be very helpful, as I am willing to recover them if needed.

I find it hard to believe that there is no solution for this situation — losing access to an account simply because the associated email is no longer active seems like something that should have a recovery path. I would really appreciate any alternative you might suggest.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hello and Welcome to Atlassian Community @Lidia Muñoz

Please try the Atlassian Password Reset Form with ANY email you might have used, and check your spam folders. If you no longer have access to that email, recovery may not be possible as Support cannot grant access without ownership verification.

Here Link to Trello Support. Atlassian Support

Here some Information:

@Lidia Muñoz

That is intentional from a privacy and account-security perspective. If anyone could use a username to reveal the associated email address, that would expose account information publicly.

You can still contact Trello Support privately and explain the situation. Do that and go from there.
