I was logged out of my account and accidentally created a new account with the same email and now I can't get access back into all of the boards I previously had. How can i log back into my old account?

It is not possible to have two accounts linked to the same email. It may be you used login-with-Apple which creates a new account under a masked email address. Anyway, you can recover your account by following the process here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/recovering-your-trello-account/
