How can I get notifications ONLY from the comments that mentions me in our workspace?

So as a person who needs to review and give approval for some tasks my team leave for me. I get tons of notifications and I get lost. I want to turn all notifications off and only keep the mentions that I'm tagged in by my team members. I tried turning off some notifications but there's nothing specific for mentions of my account.
