How can I disable the auto-watch feature when I change a due date on a card?

Auto-watch is enabled when I change a due date on a card. This is frustrating as I move many cards from day to day. Is there any way to disable this automated feature?

I am also frustrated by this feature. I wish I could opt out of auto watching since the primary board I use is just for my own use (doesn't have team members).
