We are trying to update some automations on one board but are not able to do so from any accounts other than the one that was logged in when creating the automations. Unfortunately, the person who set that account up with the verification step no longer works at the university, so we do not have any way of getting the verification code from them. At this point, unless there is a way to bypass the verification so we can log into that account, I want to know if we can just delete that account from our collaborators and start over. If that is the case, will deleting their account from collaborators also delete all of the automations they created?
Hello @cwruthinkbox
Don't bypass security or share logins. Since this is a Premium Workspace, an admin can manage or disable the former employee's shared automations directly by going to the board's Automation menu and clicking the Admin button.
Avoid removing the user immediately, as it doesn't transfer rule ownership. Just recreate critical rules under an active account, and if direct access is truly needed, have your IT team recover the university email to reset the credentials securely.
