How can I disable Votes/Voting?

Votes/Voting used to be a power-up but it seems to be automatically added to every card in all my newest boards.

How do I disable Votes/Voting entirely? I've tried hiding it using CSS but it still shows up on the mobile app and on other devices.

hello.  I started looking at this and then realized its Trello Related (which I am not using currently).  So I did check with ChatGPT:

👉 You cannot programmatically disable Trello’s native voting feature from a Power-Up.

• Voting is a board-level feature, controlled by board settings

• Power-Ups do not have permissions to enable/disable core board features

This is the only true way to disable voting.

Steps:

1. Open the board

2. Click Board menu (•••) → More

3. Toggle Voting OFF

That disables voting for all users and all Power-Ups on that board.
