How can I change the administaror account, without its permission?

How can I change the administaror account, without its permission? The email account has been disable because it had a domain and we stop paying it. Could you please help us?

i think it will be hard, try to regain access to the email again and change the site admin , else you can try contacting support but i do not believe of such success rate for that

Hi there, If possible, renew or temporarily reactivate the expired domain so you can regain access to the admin email account. Once you can receive emails again, you can:

Log in

Update the email address

Add a new site administrator

Remove the old account if needed

This is usually the fastest solution.
