Hi @Cleiton Vitor Fernandes so to hear that. Please have them first check their spam or junk mail folders to see if they can find the email.
You can have Trello resend a confirmation email by going to https://trello.com/resendValidate. You should receive a message immediately that the email was sent. The email will originate from do-not-reply@trello.com.
