Historically moved cards do not take into account some stages

It occasionally happens that certain stages aren't saved in the card transfer history. To generate reports, we retrieve API data, which, as we understand, is taken from the Trello database, and the transfer information is overwritten there as well. We need all transfers from any stage to any stage to always be fully reflected in the cards. Problem description with screenshots: I move a card to stage 1 (accounting - overpayment detected) I move a card to the "done" stage, but for some reason, stage 1 (accounting - overpayment detected) is deleted.
Please help me solve the problem

I’ve bumped into this before, and the hiccup was usually that some lists got created later or renamed, so older card data didn’t match what Blue Cat expected. I fixed it by double checking the list IDs in Trello’s API and re-syncing the stages in Blue Cat so it knew which ones existed in the past. Bit of a hassle, but it got the analytics back on track.

Hi @Никита Дубов ,

Have you managed to troubleshoot this or found the root cause?

Generally, we're talking about this:

Activity vs. State: The standard card object shows the current list ID. To see the history of movements, you must specifically query the Actions associated with that card

But I'm guessing you're already familiar with this. 👀

Cheers,
Tobi
