How can we gain admin access to our board? (We currently have guest and member access, just not admin access.) Thanks!

Hi Greg,

If the old admin email was a company address, the simplest option is to temporarily restore that mailbox and reset the Atlassian account password here:

https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword

Then log in with the old admin account and make one of your current members a board admin via Share - select the member - Admin.

If recovering that account isn’t possible, check whether you are a Workspace admin. Depending on your Trello plan and Workspace permissions, a Workspace admin may be able to take control of the board.

Another option is to copy the board and continue working from the new copy, where you will have admin access. Keep in mind that copying a board does not copy comments, card activity, card members, or archived cards.

If you need to preserve comments and card history, a better workaround is to create a new board and move the lists to it one by one instead of copying the entire board.

For a larger board, I’d also recommend trying Board Assistant:

It can make this migration easier by letting you work with multiple cards and lists and move them to other boards or Workspaces, rather than handling everything one by one.
