Hey i need to discuss about trello. We had purchased the business version and then cancelled it in September and Now we are getting this reminder or disclaimer stating "On September 18, 2020 XYZ will be downgrading from Business to a Free Trello Team. Free Trello Team can hold upto 10 open boards and if more than 10 boards are there the least active will be closed.

Even before we moved to paid version, we had all the boards and hence should be kept active.

@Manpreet Ahluwalia I think I saw another comment on here about someone who was in the grandfathered free team and started a BC trial, then had it reverted back to the grandfathered in free team version. You will need to contact Trello support directly though, you can do so by going back to trello.com/contact
