Hello, I used to have a Trello account but I can’t remember how to log in, and I need access to the information I had stored there. I have tried the four email addresses I usually use, but only one of them logs into an old account that does not contain the information I need. What can I do?
Hi Marcel!
Unfortunately, Trello is very strict about security: you must know the email address associated with the account to regain access. There are only two ways to verify ownership: knowing the login/password or having access to the email inbox to reset it.
Here is what I’d suggest trying:
Google Authorization: If your emails are Gmail accounts, don't just type the email and password. Try clicking the "Continue with Google" button for each of your four addresses. Sometimes accounts created this way don't "recognize" a manual password login.
Search your inboxes: Go into each of your 4 email accounts and search for "Trello". The one that has old notifications or a "Welcome to Trello" email is the one you need.
Official recovery: You can find the detailed steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/recovering-your-trello-account/
Thanks! I´ve already did this, but i haven´t got any email.

If the emails are still missing, it’s likely a filter or a server block. I’d recommend going through the specific steps in this guide: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/not-receiving-confirmation-emails-or-password-reset-emails/
