Haven’t accessed my account in a while, account and work deleted

I haven’t accessed my account in quite some time, and when I went to log in, it acted as if it created a new account for me, but it has my old profile picture. All of my work is now gone and I seriously want to cry. I find it hard to believe that this company would delete someone’s work, so if anyone has any advice on how to access my old boards, that would be awesome!!
