Has anybody created a training matrix board?

I would like to create a board that will make it easy to track employee x course with cells as completion checks or due date. Has anybody created something similar?

Hi Marisol,

Yes, I would build this in Trello, but not as a true spreadsheet-style grid inside one board.

A practical setup could be:

Employee = card
Courses = checklist items or separate cards
Completion / due date = checklist item due date, card due date, label, or custom field

If you need a real matrix-style overview, I would recommend trying Cross-Board Reporting & Dashboards:

It can help create a table/report by employee, course, due date, and completion status, so you do not have to open every card manually.
