My issue is that my board NOTAS has been closed due to inactivity of my admin account which was closed.. that's fine, but I would like to promote my Trello account that is still a member on that board to admin, not just member to reopen it.. it's me on both accounts anyway, I just want to still have access with the Trello account that I still use.
Additionally, I would like to know how am I supposed to contact support for issues like this? Is this the right channel? It feels like I am just posting an answer and hope for it to be answered instead of having a clear way to get in touch with someone who can help!

I’m having the exact same issue right now and I haven't received a solution yet. All my boards are marked as “closed” and I am the workspace admin, but I cannot reopen anything.
I have already checked login, workspaces, and archived boards and nothing.
