Group invitation bug

I need to join a private group (7 members), but when I click the invitation link to the group it won’t work. It tells me that there can be 10 people maximum, but the group is composed by members. What can I do?

From what you described, I understand that the Workspace has reached the 10 collaborators limit for Free Workspaces.

It seems there are 7 members on a board, but probably there are more members in other boards or Workspace members under this Free Workspace.

When the limit is over 10 collaborators, it's not possible to invite more users.
