I hoped you could clarify why I am receiving emails about having over 10 members on my free account if I only have 9 members?

The info have been sent out to everyone just in case... If you are not seeing a yellow banner at the top of your boards you are not affected...If you see a such you might have pending or older users around you did not realize and you need to clean up.
