Following the comments to a member of a board

Hello,

I send comments on my board or on a cart using the@ member. But I don’t know if the member receive my comment and where could I follow if they answer. I check on all the icon( bell, …, etc.) but there is nothing there. I had a free level account. Where could I send also my comment to there e-mail?

Hi @Michel Lagacé , Once you mention someone and put a comment, the intended person gets the notification on the board and also receives an email notification.

Whey they reply on your comment you will also gets these two alerts in the form of Jira notification and email notification. Thanks
