Hi, I’m quite surprised by how this issue has been handled.
After submitting a security request, I received a brief notification stating the matter was resolved. However, when I asked for details about what actions were taken, the case was suddenly closed without explanation.
Is this really the standard procedure for handling security concerns? From our perspective, this lacks transparency and leaves important questions unanswered:
What specific actions were taken to resolve the issue?
Why was the case closed without addressing our follow-up questions?
What assurance do we have that the issue has been fully remediated?
Given the nature of the report, we expected a more thorough and communicative response. We kindly request that this case be reopened or that we are provided with a detailed summary of what was done.
