Finding archived card using uniqie card ID number

Is it possible to find archieved card using only it's unique ID number?

@Arek cards have 2 ids: a long id and a short id. The short id is in the card's URL, and if you put that into the search field then you'll get a result for the card that matches, whether archived or not. The long id can't be used directly in search, but you can use the long id get the short id via the API.
