Falha ao abrir o link do trello direto pelo aplicativo no celular

Desde de dezembro percebemos algumas instabilidades na plataforma do trello, 1º o quadro está disponivel para o público, mas quando clicamos no link não abre no app do cel, como se não achasse o endereço, somente pelo navegador mesmo tendo o app no celular... 2º dificuldades em fazer downloads, não conseguimos mais baixar fotos na opção de baixar, quando clicamos abre uma outra janela... Consegue nos ajudar por favor?

• Please try searching for your board by name within the mobile app.Let me know if you're able to find and access the board there.

2. Download Option Redirecting

• You mentioned that clicking the download option opens a new window. Does this happen when using a web browser?Could you please try accessing Trello in a private/incognito window and see if the same issue occurs?
