I'm hoping that there is a way to exclude the Checklist Due Dates from the Calendar View in Trello. We have the entire business using a Board as an overview of upcoming projects, with my Production Schedule being built on the back end using card mirroring. I've been adding large checklists to these cards so that I can track each stage in the production process. I would like to apply dates to these cards so that I can plan ahead for them, but these dates are feeding back into the main project management overview board and cluttering the calendar view.
Is there anyway to intervene and stop these dates from appearing on a particular calendar? Ideally I would like to see them in the calendar view for my Production Schedule board.
Hi Jordan,
Welcome to the community. I'm afraid there isn't a way to exclude the checklists' due dates from the board calendar view.
As an alternative, you could try using the Workspace calendar view and see if that works for you. Unlike the board calendar single view, the Workspace view will only display cards due dates and you can select more than one board to display if you wish.
You can learn more in this doc: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-calendar-view/
Hope this helps!
