Looks like Teams is having trouble rendering the Trello board embed. You can start from quick checking these things if you didn't already:

• Sign out of Trello and Teams, then log back in.
• Remove the Trello board tab in Teams and add it again via + Add a tab → Trello.
• Clear Teams cache (quit app → clear cache folder → restart).
• Test in Teams Web to rule out a desktop app issue.

If it still fails after that, it’s likely a Microsoft Teams rendering bug. From my perspective, in that case raising it through Microsoft support could be the next step.
