Error kicked me out. Now can't log in and password reset does not work

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I opened my app, a message stated there was an error and kicked me out to the log in page. I attempted to log in but my password wasn't recognised.
I asked for a password reset but when I clicked the link in the reset email it just gave me a URL error message (pictured).
I uninstalled the app amd reinstalled and tried again with the same result.
