Error activating Bigpicture for Trello

I already added Bigpicture (I can see it in my menu bar) but when I try to see my cards in a Gantt Shape I get a "Let my in" error message (see photo attached for more info).

Am I missing another configuration? Is related to grou visibility?

Has the Power-Up already been launched by the team admin as mentioned in the message? If that is the case, I'd recommend checking with their support team directly: https://softwareplant.com/trello/
