Erro plano premium

Ganhei os 3 meses de plano premium por indicar 3 amigos, mas quando clico em "Iniciar o Plano Premium" dá qualquer erro e ele não muda o plano.

I don't know how I am logged in to another account. This is my husband's account but I'm talking to my own account. Vanessa Drumond. Which information am I supposed to give you so you can check it for me?

Every time I try to press "Iniciar o plano Premium" it doesn't work.
