How do you know or confirm if your Trello account has been added to your companies Sendboard account correctly?
I had the permissions of being able to do email etc via Sendboard the past couple of days once I was added, but today no longer have the 'email' options.
Was I potentially on a trial then needs to have a setting changed/confirmed so that I can email via Trello Sendboards again?
Hi Steph. The issue you experienced was likely related to the partial outage of the Trello API on May 5. Errors from the Trello API made it seem as if your SendBoard account was not set up correctly. The issues resolved themselves as Trello restored their services. Read more about the outage here.
