My email address was deactivated and cannot be recovered.
I am not logged into Trello on my account without it asking for email authentication.
Can someone please assist updating my email address?
I am not logged in so I cannot do this myself.

I apologize for this experience. This security feature can't be disabled, and we cannot update the account email on your behalf. You must have access to the email inbox to log into your account.
We have an open feature request to allow additional verification methods tracked here: ID-8819
You can select "start watching this issue" to subscribe to notifications when the request is updated.

However, I must express that the current resolution is neither reasonable nor acceptable. If account recovery is strictly limited to access via the original email, and there is no recourse for users who have lost that access, it represents a significant usability and security gap.
I find it concerning that there is no alternative verification process available, particularly from a company of Atlassian’s scale and reputation. Without a viable path to recover my account, I am left effectively locked out of your services, which is unacceptable for both personal and professional use.
I strongly urge you to escalate this issue or explore any possible exceptions or alternative recovery mechanisms. If this cannot be resolved, I will need to reconsider my continued use of Atlassian products across the board.
