I tried to do an email account verification for m***r.a***i@b***l.com and the person is not getting the email for the verification. We have checked spam and all other common things. Tried to remove and re-create the user as this is a new user with no tickets and at this point nothing seems to work.
please assist .....
I solved the problem , doing verification by using microsoft.
