Email Notification to the Checklist ITEM member

Jean Novack

Hi All,

I created a checklist with many Items.

As you can see below, I attributed a member for different items. They responsible for a specific item of the checklist.

I want to that members could be flexible, I can change the member of the item but no need changing the rule created. The Rule needs to follow, to send an email notification for the member on that item, even if I change it.

In the picture below, you can see member of the card and specific member of the ITEM.

When I try to automate it, there are no rules to send email notification to the member of the item, only for specific emails, member of the card and members of the Board.

Hi @Jean Novack! Right now, Trello's Automation tool only allows you to send an email notification based on these conditions shown on your second screenshot. Perhaps you create labels to indicate that a specific member is working on one of the items, and with that, you could email this particular member. I couldn't test to confirm if this could work, though.
