This is really urgent at this stage, I am paying for Loom but cannot fully access it. I need to change the email address associated with my account. All of the details are below, in the tickets and requests I've created and the multiple chats I've had online through both Loom and Atlassian.
Neither Loom or Atlassian support is able to help and this has become quite an urgent problem now. The full details are below and I have raised support requests and a ticket, but have heard nothing. The summary is that I need to urgently change the email address associated with my Loom account and on trying to do so in Atlassian, I do not receive the verification emails to the new address. There are no email addresses restricted or blocked, the emails are not going to other folders and they are not in Spam or Trash - I am simply not receiving them.
I need to change my email address that is used for my Loom login. My company is rebranded, yet my old email address is still in use for Loom login. I cannot gain access to the old address - the domain does not exist. Multiple attempts to update the email address on the Email tab within the Atlassian account have failed, as I have not received any of the verification emails.
