The good news is you won’t lose your actual content when the trial ends. Trello simply downgrades you to the Free tier, which means paid-feature data is hidden, not deleted.
Your 10 most active boards will stay open, while the rest are "closed" which just means they’re archived and waiting if you ever decide to upgrade or swap boards later.
The list colors are a different story, though. Since that's a feature specifically for Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans, your lists will go back to the standard gray on the Free version. If those colors are essential for how you organize, you might find that the Standard plan is all you really need to keep that feature active. Everything else, like your cards and descriptions, will be right where you left them.
