Duplicating a board with dynamic updates

I've set up a trello board to manage the workload of a BA team (called BA Board), management now want to also use Trello to capture workload but they want to see different things to what we need to see. 

Not entirely sure how to explain this but I'll have a go.........

Can a new board be created (called say Management Overview), on which the cards from an existing board (BA Board)  are shared or duplicated in such a way that when updates are made on the cards on the first board (BA Board), it automatically updates those on the 2nd board (Management Overview) too?

What you're looking for is a sync tool. There's two power ups for this, one called Board Sync and one called Card Sync. 

They are paid services as a 3rd party provider, but they do come with a free trial to ensure the program will meet your needs.
