Try this:
- update Firefox to the latest version
- test in a private window
- disable extensions/add-ons
- clear Trello site data / cache
- if needed, test with a new Firefox profile or in another supported browser to compare. Trello’s own troubleshooting guide points to exactly that kind of check for browser-specific behavior.
