Where did you see the symbol? On the card, at the top of a board, in the automation section? If you click on it did you see any error message?

Yep that’s basically the “broken image / can’t load asset” placeholder. It’s not a secret Trello icon, it’s your browser/app failing to fetch the image.

Most common causes are boring:

VPN / proxy / DNS filtering

adblock / privacy blockers (or “private DNS” on mobile)

cached site data

or just a temporary Atlassian/CDN hiccup

Quick sanity check: open the page on a different network (mobile data vs Wi-Fi) or in an incognito tab. If it loads there, it’s on your side (blocker/network). If it doesn’t load anywhere, it’s likely Atlassian side and usually clears up.
