Does a power-up stay with a board after the first admin person leaves?

I need to leave a board but my Gold account access level (3 power-ups) is not available to the other remaining members. They are ordinary, free members. 

If I have enabled a power-up using my Gold account, on a particular board, and then I leave the board to let another admin take over, will that disable their power-ups?

If there's more than 1 Power-Up enabled on the board and none of the other members have Trello Gold on their account, then all Power-Ups will be disabled 14 days after you have left the board normally.

This will allow the remaining board member to add a Power-Up of their choice to the board once you're gone.

When a Power-Up is disabled, the data stored in it is kept so that you only have to re-add it to your board to have it displayed again.
