Do you keep list colors when premium expires?

A very unimportant question.

I just started actually using Trello today, for a minor personal project. Got a free premium trial. I am not going to continue premium since it's currently unnecessary to me.

Is there any chance I get to keep the already assigned list colors though? 🤔 I quite like them. Really helps the brain quickly differentiate between the lists. I notice the premium icon next to the section, but it seems like such a minor thing.

Basically, I was wondering if maybe there's a lesser selection for non-premium members or if the ones already assigned might stay (I know similar exceptions like this happen when other premium services expire)

Thank you

Hi there, I'm not totally sure about the list color expiring when premium does, but you may be right in that feature is part of premium due to the lock icon. I did a workaround where I set up a rule to assign a label color to each card in the list instead. Then each card has a color label tag. Examples: Financial list cards are green as soon as I add a new card to that list, Errands list cards are orange when a new card is added, Home and Personal tasks are blue and so on. Then as I drag cards to my This Week List, In Progress list or Today list they maintain their color. Hope this is helpful.
