We've been working with Trello (free licence) for years for our after sales department.
Everytime we create a ticket, a number was automatically assigned to the card.
When connecting today, I realized all the numbers had disappeared. Is it gone forever or is it possible to put them back, without paying ?

Do you mean card numbering, card aging/order, or a Power-Up/custom field ?
Without more Information it will be hard for us to Answer.
