Disappeared lists and www.trello.com and PC platform doesnt work any more!!!! why?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Trello deleted all lists on the cards. number of list items still shows but the list has disappeared! How is that possible? The PC version didnt work any more! Couldn't be load!?
Could you please help me with that?
