Disable mouse hover action (NEW LIST)

How can I disable the (super annoying) new list hover mouse action in between two existing lists?

Can you please share a screenshot/recording of which mouse action you are referring to?
Are you referring to the label details when you hover over labels?

That action is not showing anymore.

I thought my op is clear enough, sorry about that. I meant the dashed line appearing in-between two columns when the mouse hovers that space. It's SUPER annoying. But now, it's not showing anymore. I noticed that it's gone yesterday.
