One of our colleagues had configured an email report that runs on Monday. The person is no longer with the company and we want to disable the email report. How do we accomplish this ?
Hi @Dinorah Osorio Lebron ! Welcome to the community :) if you're the admin of a board, you can manage all butler commands within a board - whether they have been created by you or other team members. So if you're the admin of the board, you can easily delete the command, or you can ask the admin to do it for you.
Basically, all you need to do is select the "admin" button in the butler console, and then select the user who created the command. From there, you'll be able to see their command and you'll be able to disable it. More details here!
