Hello
How can I manage the delays of tasks? Is there any report or power-up that allows me to do this management?
When I set the completion date of a task and that date is later than the forecast how can I do this tracking?
Thanks for your help
Filipa
@milynnus Thanks for your answer. Have you more details? The description of the card is too summarized. I didn't understand how can I get the dashboard. I just have the information if I go to the all boards at the team daily? I can have a report weekly with all delays that happened in this week for example?

Dashcard is a power up created by Trello. They have a number of pre-built cards. The one I posted is one of them. I have figure out if you want to have a daily perspective ie what is late today it can be done.
Dashcard works differently from reports. Go try it.

@Filipa Manaia so many questions about this one - and unfortunately I don't think there's really a fantastic solution.
Some people might mention something with Butler, but I've never personally been able to successfully build something that worked there. Feels too complicated and clunky but maybe I just haven't actually tried out all the right pieces.
I know Hello Epics Power-Up has some task dependency pieces, but I don't think it actually does anything with dates.
I found this on Trello's support docs that explains setting up task dependencies, but again, I don't think it really solves the due dates piece? At least - not as I skim through that article. But i see enough questions about this that I'm actually planning to dive into it a little more myself and see what I can figure out to make some sort of work around for it because this really does come up a lot. (If you want to follow my blog/newsletter, you can see when I make that post!)

@Brittany Joiner Many thanks for your answer. I believe that this topic is the biggest handicap of Trello for team managing. If you find anything can you please share it with me?
