I am writing to request assistance regarding access to my Trello account.

 

When I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating that access is restricted for users from Russia and Belarus. However, I am a citizen and resident of Kazakhstan, and I am currently accessing the platform from Kazakhstan.

 

I would kindly ask you to review this issue and advise whether my account can be reactivated or if there are any steps I should take to resolve this matter. I would be grateful for your guidance on how to regain access to my account.
