Deactivating a removed user

I have removed a user from boards but now no longer have the option to remove from workspace - can anyone tell me how to now remove them so I don't pay for their licence please? There are now no remove buttons showing

Hi Rachael!

If the "Remove" button is missing, it usually means one of two things:

Permissions: You might be a Board Admin but not a Workspace Admin. Only Workspace Admins can permanently remove members from the entire workspace to stop billing.

Managed Accounts: If your company uses Trello Standard or Premium, the member management might be moved to the central Atlassian Admin panel.

Where to check:

Go to your Workspace Members page and check your own role.

If you are an admin but still don't see the button, go directly here to manage users:

Thank you Oleksander - it looks like it's all been tidied up now so maybe it took 24 hours for the changes to take place. I did not know about that admin area, however, so that's really helpful!
