Our team relies heavily on Trello’s Dashcards Power-Up for resource planning and visualizing total project hours.
We use a board that aggregates each team member’s total assigned hours across multiple boards using Dashcards. Each Dashcard is identical except for the filter applied to the individual team member. The Dashcards sum the total hours assigned to that person.
We also use a custom date field (specific due date), which appears as an optional column in the Dashcard table view for all team members — except one.
For this specific team member:
Has anyone encountered this before? Is this a known Dashcards or Trello custom field issue, and is there a way to fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My understanding with Dashcards is that the fields available are the ones that are populated on the board. If the member in question has 0 cards with the field populated, the field won't show. . You can test this by ensuring at least 1 card on the board assigned to said member has the custom date field populated.
I'm not 100% on this but that is my recollection.
