Hey everyone, I am Darshan Hiranandani, recently ran into a payment gateway error while processing a transaction, and I'm unsure about the next steps to take. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, and if so, what actions did you take to resolve them? I have appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to handle payment gateway errors effectively. Currently, on the Atlassian's page there is no incidents reported regarding the issue that you are facing right now. You can subscribe to their page here: https://status.atlassian.com/
Have you tried using a different browser, cleared your cache? If you still encounter the same issues, and I believe you are receiving like 500 error code which indicates the error at the server side of the Atlassian, you should raise a support ticket for Atlassian: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
