How do I get in touch with customer support for a payment issue? I have tried everywhere on the site. Once I go through the process of selecting "have a question on billing" and input my invoice # I get a drop down that says my solution is to look at the "manage payment methods" page which offers no support to my issue.
I cancelled my subscription and they still billed me for a years renewal. This is absurd how complicated it is to find out how to even get in touch with billing. Here I am going through a community forum to even find an answer. Can someone help?
