Custom Fields on Individual Board

I do not have the custom fields on my individual board even though I am admin. Everyone else on my team has fields on their individual boards. How do I get these on my page?

I am able to create fields on my teams main board, but not my own.

@Sophia Burwitz Is your own board in the same workspace as your team's main board?

This functionality is available only for the paid plans, so I'm trying to find out, whether it is possible you are on a free plan.
