Custom Fields have button now showing

Please help. 

 

All of our custom fields have disappeared from our card and I can no longer see the custom fields button that would allow me to add additional custom fields.

Custom field is a paid feature. Could it be that you cancelled your subscription or moved the card to a board that is not in a paid workspace?
