Criei um quadro recetemente e não consigo adicionar 10 participantes. somente 9, como resolver isto?

 criei um conta no trello a alguns meses, estou aprendendo a usar porem na forma gratuito e bem limitado e com bug de participantes. meu quadro hoje só tem 9 participantes e não deixar eu acrescentar mais 1.
alguém pode ajudar como resolver isso ?

What is a Collaborator on the Free Plan?
A collaborator is anyone who has been invited to a board in your workspace or to the workspace itself. This includes:

• Workspace members

• What is a Workspace guest? | Trello | Atlassian Support (board members who aren’t members of your workspace, including single-board and multi-board guests)

• Pending board and workspace invites

Solution:
To invite more users, you can:

• Upgrade to a paid plan

• Remove a user who no longer collaborates on the workspace or board

• Create a new workspace
